Double D Plumbing and Heating serving customers
and community for a quarter century
May of 1992 saw the establishment of Double D Plumbing and Heating, Inc., located at 605 Cottonwood Street in Wood River, and the firm has been providing commercial and residential plumbing and heating services since that time, including new construction, and remodel services as well as trenching.
Double D is owned by Dean and Pam Kjar and Dave and Kathy Hofferber, who strive not only to provide quality service to their customers but also to support local youth through donations to the Ball Association, school programs and special groups. The business has provided equipment and labor to local community projects in an effort to give back to the community.
Dean also serves on the Regional Planning Commission, volunteers for music ministry at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, volunteers for Wood River Vision 20/20 projects, and is a member of the Wood River Community Choir.
Pam serves on the Wood River Vision 20/20 Board and volunteers for St. Mary’s Catholic Church music ministry, is a member of the Wood River Community Choir, and serves on the board of the Wood River Housing Authority.
