Located in the heart of downtown Wood River at 116 East Ninth Street for over 16 years, Bangs & Stewart CPAs, LLC, has combined expertise, experience and a team mentality with staff members to assure that every client receives the proper analysis and attention they deserve.
Bangs & Stewart provides a wide range of services to individuals and businesses in a variety of industries. The firm’s services include tax management, estate and trust planning and return preparation, payroll services, accounting services and bookkeeping/write up services. Owners Chris Stewart and Brian Bangs cite several things that have contributed to the firm’s longevity and bringing clients back year after year, including dedication to high standards, hiring of seasoned tax professionals and work ethic.
Mr. Stewart is involved with the Wood River Economic Development Committee where he serves as treasurer, is a member of the Wood River Business Association Board of Directors and is treasurer for the Central Platte Ducks Unlimited. The Stewart family includes Chris, wife Alicia and children Ainsley, Cayleb and Jace.
Mr. Bangs is currently serving as the president of the Wood River Economic Development Committee and is chairman of the United Methodist Church Finance Committee. His family includes sons Johnathan and Jacob.
